Today’s class is all about creating conditions. The practices we engage in, they are all about creating conditions for love, peace, compassion, truth, our truest nature to thrive. The action, karma, component of our yogic potion. When we show up, we begin to create space for the mystery to reveal itself. Of course, the action is only part of the equation. Equal parts vairagya, non-attachment, to the mystery and devotion to the sacred heart of the universe/ god/ mystery-magic give this potion its potency. Drink it up, and you may find yourself in a state of yoga. LOVE.
