Blessings, yogis. Today’s episode is an intention-filled all-levels class. It lasts about an hour. I recorded this class live during the third trimester of my pregnancy, so there is a bit of fun pregnant lady talk during our inversions! I DO hope you love it and THANK you so much for listening. Since my birthday is coming up, I thought it would be a perfect time to tell you how grateful I am to have you in my life. This podcast and this community have enriched my life in so many ways. Sending you all a bit of LOVE on that note.

I do hope you’ll get in touch with your yoga questions, stories or suggestions for future podcasts. Or suggestions on raising a happy baby! What would you like to learn? What genius do you have to share?
Thanks to Keli of Yoga Peach for featuring one of my asana photos on her site as the yoga photo of the day!
